REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Pilates Classes at Flagstaff - all class passes are strictly non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel or reschedule a class. If the correct notice is provided, the class must be rescheduled within the following 2 weeks, after this the class pass expires.

Pop-up classes, events & workshops - Due to the casual nature in which pop-up classes, workshops and events are conducted, all class passes and event tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-redeemable for future use. If you are unable to use your class pass/ ticket due to a medical condition, injury, sickness or relocation, you are welcome to transfer it to a friend.

Please provide ample notice if you are unable to attend a pop-up class, workshop or event that you have booked in for. Although passes and tickets cannot be credited or rescheduled, if enough time is provided you can transfer your pass / ticket to a friend.

CLASS PARTICIPATION

  • If you have any pre-existing injuries or medical concerns you must receive a medical clearance prior to partaking in classes and notify the class instructor of the injury or medical concern.

  • If you are pregnant, you must receive a medical clearance prior to partaking in classes and notify the class instructor of your pregnancy.

  • If you are post-natal, you must receive a medical clearance prior to partaking in classes and inform the instructor.

While Emily Paige Wellness will take all precautions to maximise your safety throughout class, Emily Paige Wellness is not responsible for any injuries that may arise throughout your engagement in class.

By purchasing a pass or engaging in a class, you agree to follow the terms and conditions above.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

  • You must receive parental consent prior to booking into and engaging in Yoga, Pilates of HIIT Classes with Emily Paige Wellness.

  • Any injuries, restrictions or medical conditions that could potentially affect your participation in classes must be communicated to Emily Paige Wellness in writing by your parent / guardian prior to your participation in classes.

  • Your parent / guardian has read the above terms and conditions and agrees on your behalf.

  • Your parent / guardian confirms their agreement to the above terms and conditions by selecting the "I have read and agree to the terms above" checkbox as provided on the booking platform.
