Yoga and Pilates – please bring a water bottle, a mat (or borrow one of mine), and wear socks or bare feet.

Yes - classes are designed so that they can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Alternatives and modifications are provided for movements / poses, making classes accessible to all. If you are recovering from an injury, or would like to discuss which classes would be best suited to you, please send me an email.

Yes, movements can be adapted to cater for pregnancy. However, I recommend receiving clearance from your GP prior to attending.
