MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Emily
I’m a qualified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Student Naturopath. I am local to the Whitsundays, and host in person yoga classes, pilates classes and wellness events for our beautiful seaside community.
From a young age, I have been very passionate about all things' wellness, with a particular interest in mindful movement, nutrition, and natural medicine.
For me, wellness is being in a state of balance and optimal health in the mind and body, and understanding that these elements intertwine to create thriving wellbeing. I believe that a combination of daily movement, mindful living, nourishing food and turning to nature for healing provides an amazing foundation for ongoing health.
I am excited to share my knowledge, experience, and teachings to support you on your journey to wellness.
COMMUNITY
Combining my love for the people of our community, with my love for the stunning Whitsunday scenery - I now offer my classes and events on the sand by the sea, in our beautiful shady parks, and indoors at Flagstaff Hill Convention Centre where you can soak up the 360’ ocean and island views. Stay for a chat, a coffee, a post class dip to mix and mingle with like-minded gals and guys. One of my favourite things about my work is watching all of the friendships carry on outside of class!
MINDFUL MOVEMENT
You can join me for a mix of Pilates, Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga Classes, as well as speciality wellness events. My classes are holistic in nature, and focus on improving wellbeing through strength, tone, flexibility and mind-body connection. Expect to feel burny, bendy and blissful!
Accessibility is important to me, so I pride myself on my ability to be able to offer multi-levelled classes — whether you’re a beginner, an OG, or somewhere in between, classes can be adapted to meet you where you’re at.
NUTRITION
I love sharing wisdom from both my Nutrition and Naturopathy studies to inspire and support you in taking care of your body. I believe that all healing happens from the inside out, and this starts with what we put into our mouths. When working with me in nutrition, you can expect a very holistic approach focusing on seasonal eating, nourishment, simplicity, and finding a sustainable path for you and your lifestyle.
